Zinburger Announces Top 3 Entries in Burger Contest

Burger fans from across the East Coast submitted their own creations for Zinburger’s fifth annual Burger Contest. 

For the first time, the upscale burger concept expanded the contest rules to include protein options other than Certified Angus Beef. After careful review by Zinburger chefs of the record 214 submissions, the top three burgers to make the cut are:

Florentine Burger—Seared Salmon topped with Sautéed Spinach, mild herbed Goat Cheese, Tomato, and lemon dill mayo.

Maker’s Queen Brie—Certified Angus Beef patty topped with sautéed onions, Bosc Pears caramelized with butter, brown sugar and Maker’s Mark Bourbon, topped with triple cream brie,
