The California-based chef icon is bringing bone marrow flan to the Four Seasons
Celebrity chef mogul Wolfgang Puck unleashes his fancy steakhouse concept, Cut, on New York City today. As Eater New York reports, the opening marks Puck’s first foray into the New York dining world (with the exception of a JFK grab-and-go counter). Cut is located in the city’s Financial District inside the Four Seasons New York Downtown.
