Three Intro Alumni Combining for Pop-Up Concept
Chef Stephen Gillanders, Chef CJ Jacobson, and Chef Aaron Martinez are coming together on December 28 and December 29 for a modern dim sum pop up at Chicago’s Intro. For two days only, these three former Intro visiting chefs are taking the entrepreneurial skills that they learned at Intro to take over the restaurant with a menu inspired by their travels—in particular Chef Gillanders’ journey through nine Asian countries.
