On-demand food delivery apps are all the rage these days, but not everyone is thrilled with how companies like Caviar, GrubHub, and DoorDash operate: The three companies are now facing lawsuits claiming that “they misclassified their delivery drivers as independent contractors,” reports the Chicago Tribune.
