There are some unusual toppings on the latest batch of intriguing burgers from around the world. But the most interesting trend here is the level of culinary creativity shown in non-meat burgers included below. There’s a black-bean patty with pickled jalapeňos; one that’s a mix of pumpkin and quinoa topped with goat cheese; and Half Man Half Burger’s fascinating amalgam of black beans, fresh parsley, tamari, cashew nuts, mushrooms, peppadew sweet peppers and spices. Everyone deserves a great burger.
