Taste of Iceland Collaborates with Cité Restaurant

As part of the Taste of Iceland festival taking place March 17 to March 20 in Chicago, Icelandic Chef Thrainn Freyr Vigfússon, head chef at Blue Lagoon’s LAVA Restaurant, and Cité Restaurant consulting chef Martial Noguier will assemble a four-course prix fixe menu designed to give Chicago a taste of Icelandic cuisine.

Over the course of the four-day festival, the Taste of Iceland menu offers guests to Cité the opportunity to partake in the collaborative Taste of Iceland menu available for $70.
