St. Regis Aspen Resort Appoints Roonwal as Executive Chef

The St. Regis Aspen Resort announced the appointment of Samir Roonwal to the position of executive chef for the luxury Four-Diamond, Four-Star resort. In his new role, Chef Roonwal oversees all of the resort’s food and beverage operations, including Trecento Quindici Decano, Shadow Mountain Lounge, in-room dining, banquet, and catering.

Chef Roonwal brings over 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience to The St. Regis Aspen, having most recently served as the complex executive chef at the Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana Hotels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
