On The Border Hires Industry Vet as New COO

As part of its mission to continue growing its reach and presence in the casual dining segment, On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina announced the addition of Monte Batson as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The seasoned casual dining executive brings more than 25 years of proven operations expertise to the brand’s multiple growth objectives.

Batson, most recently Regional Vice President of Operations with Bloomin’ Brands, will work toward continuing to elevate On The Border’s current operations organization.
