Next Restaurant’s 2016 Menu Will Celebrate Grant Achatz’s Start at The French Laundry

Season tickets go on sale next week.

The next step in Next’s evolution has been revealed, and chef Grant Achatz will take his cuisine to Europe, South America, and Napa Valley in the coming year. Three new 2016 menus have been announced, and season ticket renewals go on sale via Tock at 10 a.m. CT on Wednesday, December 9.

The winter and spring menu will focus on The Alps, offering “the amazing cuisines of the mountain regions of Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Austria and France.” The comfort food and hearty beverages will run between $95 and $125 per tasting menu for season…
