Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina Names Paul O’Shea Executive Chef

MONTAUK, NEW YORK (February 11, 2016) – Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina, Long Island’s renowned waterfront oasis, recently announced the appointment of Paul O’Shea as executive chef. O’Shea, who began his culinary training in Ireland, Wales and London, brings more than 30 years of culinary experience to the Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina.
