Michelin Unveils France’s Bib Gourmands for 2017

Restaurant guidebook publisher Michelin has kicked off the new year by revealing its new Bib Gourmands for France.

Restaurants given the Bib Gourmand distinction are more affordable — and more casual — than their typically pricey starred counterparts: Each Bib Gourmand restaurant must provide a prix-fixe menu with a starter, entree, and dessert for 32 euros or less (36 euros in Paris).
