McDonald’s Is Testing Egg Whites and Kale for Breakfast in SoCal

The chain has introduced a couple of regional menu items

Having taken America by storm and reversed its decline with all-day breakfast, McDonald’s now is looking to tap into the regional tastes of Southern California. The mega-chain is rolling out a few SoCal-inspired dishes, reports CNN Money, featuring ingredients such as egg whites, Greek yogurt, and kale.
