Maine Brewery Uses Live Lobsters for the Most Maine Beer Ever
The beer reportedly has ‘a subtle brininess and sweetness that lobster fans will recognize.’
Maine is famous for its lobsters, and the state has a number of good breweries, too. So in an attempt to provide the best of both worlds, Portland’s Oxbow Brewing Company has come up with a beer that is made with live lobsters and sea salt, reports the Associated Press.
