For the Black Bean Burger: Set aside 1/2 cup black beans. In a food processor, pulse remaining black beans, mushrooms, shallots, jalapeño peppers, barbecue sauce, TABASCO® Chipotle Sauce, ancho or chile powder and cumin until a chunky purée forms.
