For all our kvetching about celebrating Valentine’s Day, when it comes down to it, we actually kind of enjoy it—not in the least because it’s a mandatory dessert kind of holiday. This year, senior food editor Chris Morocco took a cue from those kings of romance—legendary French chefs like Michel Bras and Jean-Georges Vongerichten—and developed the ultimate gooey, melty molten chocolate cake.
