As far as we’re concerned, autumn could really be dubbed “sweet potato season.” Once these orange or garnet tubers are pulled from the ground, we start searching for excuses to put them in, well, everything. From grilled and mashed—like baba ghanoush!—to seared on a stovetop, we’re falling hard for sweet potatoes.
