Chef Michael Kramer’s Anticipated Jianna Opening in January
For years, Chef Michael Kramer created nationally celebrated, beautifully plated, bite-size food that looked like art on a plate.
In January, when he opens Jianna, he’s finally planning to serve the food that he wants to eat. Jianna is a modern Italian kitchen in Greenville, South Carolina, that will feature modern Italian cuisine and freshly shucked oysters. The restaurant will have an open kitchen, massive bar and pasta making area to allow the team to make fresh pasta daily.
Pasta will be made in-house with a La Monferrina extruder. The menu will also feature hand rolled pastas, crudo and antipasti
