Most days, if I were to dine at Queens’ Rockaway Brewing, I’d subsist on Cape Cod potato chips. Bartenders freely distribute school lunch–size bags, which plug my stomach with grease, salt, and regret. It’s the drinking dinner I devoured at 22, when weeknights meant $3 margaritas at Mary Ann’s and bottomless bowls of tortilla chips and salsa.
