While some of the findings seem predictable, others may come as quite a shock. Here’s what the report reveals.
The main course winner is chicken:
Chicken, according to the report, accounts for 31 percent of all main dishes at restaurants. This is largely due to its cost-effectiveness, universal appeal and use as a staple by a variety of ethnicities and cultures around the world.
